Renovation of 1000 square foot bottom floor of a tri-level home, Maynard Mass
An open space that was completely taken to the studs which gave Creative Living Designs and our Client the endless design opportunities. Mutually designed with our Client this space was transformed into a open,elegant and functional great room. The space boasts a living room area a sitting area an office area and a kitchen/bar combination and a bathroom. A remarkable great room make this a comfortable home that feels like a vacation retreat.

This charming home many elegant details including custom crafted wood appointments throughout. The multi-family has unique style combination of past years with a modern flair .

A New England Cape style home, Waltham Mass
The customer envisioned a brand new home with a open concept. The home boasted solid wood cabinets, hardwood floors throughout. An addition off the side of the home. New bathroom is tiled from floor to ceiling. The exterior has a one care garage and was vinyl sided.

The client wanted everything updated. We redesigned the space so the client could utilize all aspects of the new kitchen layout. Features are high quality solid maple cabinets, hardwood floors, windows, granite countertops and paint to finish.
